Pink Bedroom - we built this new medieval room entirely (walls, floor, ceiling, window) and are very pleased with the result. There is a double bed, marble wash stand and large wardrobe.

Family bathroom with a corner bath, shower unit etc. The water is heated by electric immersion heater. A hair dryer and first aid things are on the airing cupboard shelf.

Galleon bedroom - so-called on account of the original wallpaper, a fragment of which we have framed. There is a double bed and a lovely view of M. Bouvets lake. There is an en suite shower and wc. The water heater for the en suite is in the small utility room off this bedroom, together with a washing machine and tumble dryer (with honesty box!), Iron and board.

Through the door you will find the West livingroom/kitchen, fully equipped with wood burner, cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Upstairs is the blue double bedroom and ensuite shower room and a small single bedroom. Turn left for a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Loft bedroom - up the steep stairs from the main kitchen, this huge room has a double bed and a single,  (there is a Zbed for occasional use)We have left the ceiling open right up to the ridge to show off the magnificent timbers - this means that although it is well insulated the room still tends to be hot in summer and cold in winter. Through the door to an en suite WC and washbasin.

Linen - we provide pillows and duvets, please bring your own sheets and duvet covers. There are plenty of drying up cloths but bring your own towels. There is a travel cot - but you will need to watch toddlers very carefully as there are unguarded stairs, pond etc. Older children will really enjoy the freedom of the field (water pistols) and Games Room. All bedrooms have a very varied assortment of reading matter, our guests are free to take a paperback home if they haven't finished it (especially if they leave one in its place!).
